Done surviving.
Ready to thrive.

The Honey Badger Society is an in-person community for women who are ready to stop putting themselves last. Badges. Sashes. Sisters. A room that is entirely yours.

On paper, everything looks fine.

"She has done everything right. And now the house is quiet and she is wondering whether this is all there is."

She is in her late forties or fifties. Her children may have left home. Her marriage might be okay, or it might be over. She no longer quite recognises the woman in the mirror.

She is not broken. She is unfinished. And she has never once been given permission to go find out what the rest of her life could actually feel like.

She is exactly who the Honey Badger Society was built for.

Said aloud. On the day you arrive.

On my honor, I will serve myself first. I will stand alongside my sisters, choose living over waiting, and remember that I'm not broken, I'm just not done yet. Because I am a Honey Badger and I thrive.

A troop. A sash. Badges you actually earn.

The Troop

In-person. Every month.

Monthly two-hour sessions in Tetbury. A circle of women, a candle, and a consistent structure that builds genuine safety over time. No Zoom. No online substitute. The room is the point.

The Sash

A visible record of everything you've done.

Every member receives a hot pink sash and a troop number. As you earn badges they are pinned to the sash. No two sashes look the same. That is the point.

The Badges

Earned over months. Not handed out.

Seven founding badges covering courage, voice, belonging, making, adventure, and sisterhood. Awarded twice yearly at a badge ceremony. A badge you can earn in a week means nothing.

One is given. Six are earned.

The first badge — Showing Up — is given to every woman who walks through the door. Because arriving when you are uncertain and a little afraid is always enough. Everything else takes work.

Showing Up

Given at enrollment. You arrived. That was the bravest thing.

Belonging

Ten of twelve meetings over a full year. A decision made, repeatedly, to prioritise yourself.

Voice

Three acts of using your voice, a personal story written and submitted, and a one-to-one witnessing session.

Courage

Six brave acts across six months and four categories. Not heroism. Just doing the thing you were afraid to do.

Maker

Four hands-on creative activities across three months. Not to be good at it. Just to make.

Adventurer

Four out-of-Sett activities including at least one walk and one trip outside Tetbury.

Sister

Bring two women in, perform two acts of genuine care, and organise one activity. The hardest badge. The most meaningful to wear.

The Burrow is where you
